Event Details

Congress recently passed the Pilots Bill of Rights which modifies the FAA’s enforcement process. It is critical that certificate holders understand the process and how their rights have now been strengthened by this historic legislation. Come to this event along with a friend and learn about the Pilots Bill of Rights and the FAA's enforcement process so that you can protect your ticket if it is ever subject to a revocation or suspension proceeding. This seminar is presented by Ronnie Gipson who is a pilot and Aviation Attorney; a member of the AOPA Legal Panel, and a member of the EAA Legal Advisory Council. Topics covered include Emergency and Non- Emergency Actions by the FAA and how the Pilots Bill of Rights restores fairness to the system. Mr. Gipson will provide tips to follow when faced with a possible enforcement action by the FAA. Don't miss this great opportunity to expand your knowledge of the FAA enforcement process.
